We are beyond excited to share that Yana Couto, signed with Schubert Music Publishing, and OS.SO have been officially named EQUAL Ambassadors for Spotify Poland!
And there’s even more to celebrate – today they return with the mesmerizing new single “Cold War”, a beautiful preview of their upcoming fall album.
Blending neoclassical, folk, and ambient influences, the track is rich in emotion and cinematic atmosphere, announcing a mature project by Polish artists at a world-class level.
Together, Yana Couto and OS.SO join Spotify’s EQUAL initiative to spotlight women in music, and their feature on the EQUAL Polska hub is a testament to their growing global impact.
The music from the concept album “Isolde“, scheduled for release in the fall of 2025, is a story born at the intersection of various thoughts, genres, and forms. It’s a story of closeness – musical and intellectual – that often requires no words and is best realized in collaborative work. Following the success of the EP “Isolde“, the artists decided to continue their collaboration as a duo and release a full-length album under the same title.
The video for the song was shot at the legendary filmmakers’ club SPATiF. As with previous music videos, the video’s Director of Photography was Marco Couto, who, as with “Dawn” and “Dusk“, opted for a one-shot technique to enhance the viewer’s sense of shared presence in the experience.
