We are pleased to inform that our dear colleague Henrik Guemoes has been appointed as the Managing Director of Schubert Music Publishing Germany.
Since January 2020, Henrik Guemoes has been Labelhead and Head Of A&R at Schubert Music and in charge of the labels Mirabella and Restless Music, where he has been responsible for the Top 10 chart successes of Jasmin Wagner and David Hasselhoff. He will now also take on the role of the new Managing Director for Schubert Music Publishing Germany.
With the nomination Henrik Guemoes is returning to his roots in the music business as he had the start of his career working for more than 13 years for EMI Music Publishing in Hamburg. Here he worked with such artists and authors as Echt, Jazzkantine, HIM, Robin Grubert, Ali Zuckowski and Justin Balk.
In his new role as Managing Director, Henrik will continue to concentrate on A&R tasks in the publishing and label area and will now also take on the coordination with the other branches of Schubert Music Germany where he will be supported by such experienced colleagues as Eric Burton (Head of Hardbeat Promotion / Celsius Management, A&R Schubert Music Publishing), Ina Schulz (Unique Records) and Gero Herrde (Nexilis / Freakwave Records).
