Mayor was formed in 2010 by Xavier Mayorgas, who was the bassist and guitarist in the successful band Nadj. He was joined by Arthur Luc (guitar) and Benoit Aureille (drums) when they released their first album in 2013.
Mayor is now working on their new album with English producer Paul Corkett.
